"Pro" does not necessarily mean quality work (with digital there are more and more "pro" but less quality). "Pro" and "reputation" is no guarantee of reliability. Here's more proof:
Liege Justice: A photographer convicted of fondling Miss
S. Bernard, a photographer working in Liege the fashion scene and realized that such pictures for the Miss Province Liege , was sentenced Wednesday to a term of 15 months in prison by the Court of Appeal of Liege. He had committed fondling and indecent assault in connection with shootings in her private studio of young girls, some of which were minor.
Aged 61, the accused enjoyed a solid reputation in the fashion photos . He has been a photographer for several beauty pageants, including Miss Province de Liège ". In 2006, five victims, some minor age, had denounced the acts of fondling and indecent assault during a photo shoot. After demanding that the models are alone with him he had encouraged the girls to remove their underwear. Bernard S. on these occasions had touched the breasts of his victims and had kissed. He challenged any sexual act and claimed to have asked professional acts as part of its meetings. But the Court held that it was vicious acts that could not be equated with acts of professional photographer.
Man who was a recidivist and had no right to stay, was convicted at trial and sentenced to 30 months in prison. Because of the RPT, the sentence was reduced to 15 months in prison.
