In preparation for over two years, the Law Reform representation before the Courts of Appeal was finally adopted.

Law No. 2011-94 of January 25, 2011 was published in the Official Journal of 26 January 2011.

This law will come into force on 1 January 2012, removes the profession of solicitor and leads its merger with the legal profession.
