A free and responsible commitment

In early 2011, the resource group is halfway to its second anniversary. The creation of this group in fall 2009 had referred to the practice of experiential Focusing on the Relational Association with other processes of international human attention.

The 14 games we have already made it possible to explore several avenues: Focusing the basic exercises, exercises combining Focusing and non-violent communication, development of community spirit and a lot of shares to enrich our understanding of the various processes explored and to improve practice by small adjustments.

The operating mode of the group is an important and always subject to improvement. The model we should strive to develop can be used by any individual, community or organization wishing create the environment in a shared space where the inner processes can be lived. To make accessible the practice of Focusing Relational, we propose, in June 2011, a manual of exercises, fun activities and creative and everything concerning the latest developments in our field of practice.

When I do my personal assessment, in early 2011, I realize that full autonomy of the resource group, is one of my goals is not yet completed. For the first meeting of the year to be held January 9, I therefore propose to the group, as sharing in the tradition of community spirit, the theme of free and responsible commitment. This, I believe, create an atmosphere where every person who wishes to join our group experiential, can be sensitized from a few simple guidelines, a mode where responsibilities are shared with everyone feeling responsible for both its own development and co-leader of the group. We will see together if we can achieve this and how we can achieve in practice.
