approach of Restorative Circles, is to circle within a community or an organization to take care of all conflicts and relational issues experienced by people in the group.
I recently set up a group in Montreal for people who want to develop this approach in their respective communities. A first meeting was held November 17, 2010 and a second meeting is scheduled February 16, 2011.
