Are you a connector or a maven? Living with others

A connector is a person who has many interests but above all a keen interest in human relationships and social interaction models. The connectors are mindful of the different communities in which they live (family, friends, workplace or social group). They have, for example, the curiosity to observe what these people are and how they interact.

Connectors know lots of people but most importantly, they know people of diverse genres. Through their passion for human relations, they have the characteristic of interest in different worlds and various sub-cultures and are able to reach people located completely outside of their universe.

Maven is a Yiddish word that means "one who acquires knowledge." The mavens are often those who have information in a little more depth on a particular topic and who will be pleased to learn that at interest (in a few words or by giving you more specific references such as: websites, books, resource people). Do you know these people who can say they have substance?

In fact, we all have one side "connector" and later "maven." And even if these aspects of our personality is not very developed, there are quite a few chances so we knew people who represent these very types of personality. Think of those who helped you get a job ... those who helped you meet new people in recent months ... years ... The connector is someone who knows someone who can help. The maven is one who will inform you about an issue. Think about who you have in your life marked by their passion, enthusiasm and social commitment.
