I first appreciated the offer of one participants to guide us in a process inside the wolf theme. From a Native American legend, we went to meet the wolf and white wolf dark inside us. This metaphor beautifully illustrated the concept of different parts of itself and how, in particular Focusing, working from this notion that was the subject item of the morning.
In the legend, the dark wolf represents our suffering parts (anger, envy, jealousy, sadness, arrogance, etc..) White wolf and our luminous parts (joy, peace, love, hope, humility, etc..). Guided through the process, we can reach those parts in us, see how they manifest themselves, and pay attention, learn something new.
the afternoon took place in three stages: a time of silence, a time share where each person was able to drop what she was living in a time and focus on how we want to better organize living together and the group is fully nourishing.
time of silence has allowed us to integrate education, guided process (one of the two wolves) and our discussions of the lunch hour. Then I just gave some indications allowing each to speak from what she felt or lived in the present and to speak when she felt ready to do so. The time of silence between the divisions were observed. The shares were received without intervention, simply placed in the group and all made from deep contact with the interior space to own Focusing.
The last part of the day was devoted to a discussion on how we operate. This rich exchange allowed us to add the practice of training to our community directory structuring process.
